    Hi-

I've lost my Bluetooth stack (I think), and have tried reinstalling widcomm bluetooth software.

However, every time I try, it asks for location of BTW.MSI and I direct it to various versions I've got, but the window then says cannot locate version and ceases the removal and upgrade setup.

Any ideas how I can resolve this...?

    Please help - thanks

what have u got that's bluetooth? eg - where did this widcomm stuff come from?

i'd start by checking their support site. and i'd uninstall prior to reinstalling.

    Logitech Bluetooth Keyboard

    Tx for your reply,

Widcomm software from Logitech keyboard & mouse...

Not sure where files have gone - no relevant support info on their site... have tried uninstalling in (Remove Programs), and this "btw.msi not found" comes up (even when I direct it to the CD), and uninstall ceases.

So my problem is I can't uninstall...

Any ideas on how to achieve this?
